My name is Lisa Jenkinson, I am a qualified Registered Surgical Nurse, specialising in non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Within my nursing career I have worked within the Neurosurgical and Intensive care departments, whereby I developed my skills in both patient care and anatomy.
I am registered with the Nursing Midwifery Council of the UK. This is an independent regulator for nurses and midwives in the UK, and nursing associates in England giving you protection and peace of mind. I am also a member of the Royal College of Nursing Association and Aesthetic Complication Expert Group (ACE) and protected by Cosmetic Insurance association.
Cosmetic surgery, beauty and aesthetics have always been a passion of mine throughout my early years; this inspired me to learn the latest advances in the aesthetic field, and embarked upon establishing my own aesthetics business set within the beautiful Lancashire countryside. I believe you can never stop learning in this rapidly-changing field, so I regularly attend advanced training, manufacturer workshops and industry conferences. This ensures my patients benefit from the very latest cosmetic procedures and products.
When considering dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments it is important to do your research as there are substandard treatments, both in terms of ingredients and quality, on the market. At LJ Aesthetics I only use the most advanced temporary dermal filler and anti-wrinkle range.
I precede every treatment with a thorough consultation whereby we develop a bespoke treatment plan together that is tailored to address your specific needs and concerns. This process is also a chance for you to get to know me, see the clinic, ask any questions and alleviate any of your concerns. I believe it is crucial to educate my patients and allow you to be completely involved in your care, enabling you to confidently make informed decisions surrounding your procedures.
